THE LEGAL DEPT. provides clients flexibility and control of the price of our services, often at a fraction of the cost of hiring an external lawyer or a full-time legal counsel. We work with clients to scope the service requirements and agree the fee structure at the outset. If extra work is required, we will inform you and agree the cost in advance. Sometimes when you just need a sounding board, do not worry that the clock is ticking.

Carol is a dispute resolution specialist with a focus on boardroom tussles and general business disputes. She was a managing partner of a fast growing law firm in Kuala Lumpur and headed the firm's commercial, corporate, banking and litigation practices.
